Booking Requirements
All treatments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures your reserved time slot and goes toward your final treatment cost.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid any additional fees.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, this may result in:

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full treatment time and can begin your session feeling relaxed and prepared.
Rescheduling Fees
New clients or single session appointments will require a $50 rescheduling fee if you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice. This fee must be paid before booking your future appointment.
Clients with treatment packages may have different rescheduling terms—please review your package agreement for specific details.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our specialized treatments and the time reserved exclusively for your session, no refunds are available on deposits or completed services.
